Newly refurbished 52 bedroom privately owned boutique hotel near Heathrow requires a Sous Chef.

Following an extensive refurbishment and extension the hotel now has a lovely 50 seater restaurant, al fresco dining and private dining facilities for an additional 50. The food style is eclectic European, with the emphasis of fresh good quality food.

We need a 'hands on' Sous Chef to help relieve the Head Chef.  The Sous Chef must be able to maintain the smooth running of the kitchen.

The Sous Chef will be required to manage, motivate and train the small brigade, participate in menu planning, be responsible for health and safety, food hygiene and the cleanliness of the kitchen.

This is an exciting time for a Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef to join this small team and help develop this lovely restaurant.
